Understand Nutan's pricing tiers, what's included in beta, and how billing will work.

Current Status — Beta

Nutan is currently in private beta. During the beta period:

All features are free — No credit card required.
Full access — Every feature described in our help center is available to beta users.
No usage limits — Record as many meetings, create as many deals, and upload as much knowledge as you need.
On-device AI included — All AI models run on your hardware at no cost.

Joining the Beta

Beta access is by invitation. If you don't have access yet:

Visit nutan.ai/beta and request an invite.
We review every request and email you when a seat opens.
Download the app from the link in your invitation email.

Planned Pricing

After beta, Nutan will offer tiered plans designed for product-led growth — individuals start free, and teams upgrade as they see value.

Free Tier

A generous free tier for individual users:

Core meeting capture and transcription
Deal and contact management
On-device AI features
Limited cloud sync

Paid Tiers

Paid plans will add:

Full cloud sync across devices
Team features and manager dashboards
Advanced integrations
Higher usage limits

Specific pricing will be announced before the beta period ends. Beta users will receive advance notice and early-adopter pricing.

How Billing Will Work

Billing is per company, not per user — aligned with Nutan's PLG model.
Plans will be managed from the Settings → Billing page in the app.
Payment processing will use industry-standard, PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.
You'll be able to view invoices, update payment methods, and change plans from within the app.

No Surprise Charges

Nutan will never charge without explicit authorization.
Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle, not immediately.
You can downgrade or cancel at any time.
If you cancel a paid plan, you retain access through the end of the billing period.
