Sub-Processors
Third-party services that process data on behalf of Nutan. We publish this list so you can review which services handle your data.
Important clarification. The Nutan desktop app runs its core AI entirely on your device. Meeting transcription, intelligence extraction, coaching, and summaries never leave your machine. The marketing website uses a cloud AI provider for the support chat widget only — see Anthropic in the table below. All other sub-processors support account authentication and optional CRM sync.

What about Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Google Calendar?
These are your systems, not ours. When you connect one, Nutan sends structured data directly from your laptop to your own account — Nutan never holds a copy. Your existing agreement with the provider continues to govern the data. They are not sub-processors of ours.
